Access and Responsibility (HCC Express Synonym: 1460):
This multi-media program explains Howard Community College’s policies and procedures with regard to appropriate use of information. Employees of Howard Community College, are given access to confidential and secure records and information through various systems, including email, network, and colleague. This on-line training is required for all new employees and as a refresher when needed. Completion of this training will satisfy the phase one competency.

1. Register for all online classes in HCC Express.
