Adjunct Faculty Work SpacesThe adjunct faculty offices in the ELB (rooms 138 and 341) are available to all adjunct faculty on campus. Each room is equipped with computer workstations, a printer, a Scantron machine, phones, and file cabinets for use throughout the semester. Both rooms are card reader accessible. Please be aware that confidential materials (such as exams or student records) and valuables (purses, wallets) will not be secure and should not be left in the offices.
Faculty who will be teaching in the HVPA building should find the new adjunct workspaces in HVPA-220 and HVPA-260 to be conveniently located and equipped.
In the Hickory Ridge Building, HR-373 is available as an adjunct faculty work space and is equipped with two computers and a phone. There are also two computer stations in HR-300 that are available for adjuncts. HR-318 is a conference room that will be available for additional workspace. There is a board outside HR-318 that is posted with a meeting schedule noting when the room will be in use.
Whenever the Library is open, adjunct faculty have access to the computers and workspace in the Multimedia Development Center in L-212 inside the Library. Even when the center is closed, faculty may sign out a key at the Library circulation desk on evenings and weekends. Four new computer stations are available in this area.
